Bridge Wins G2 Awards for ROI, High Adoption, and More

In spring 2025, Bridge received a total of nine badges! We're big believers in accessible, engaging, and fun learning—this is why we're so pleased to receive kudos from happy customers—via G2, of course—that highlight our platform's efficacy for businesses and learners across the world. Here are the accolades we received:

1. Leader - Corporate LMSs

As the name indicates, this badge is all about industry-leading LMS features that help organizations reach their training targets. Today’s businesses require a learning platform that supports compliance training, employee development, and smooth onboarding. Bridge excels in this regard, offering some of the most powerful reporting and automation features on the market.

2. Leader (Mid-Market) - Corporate LMSs

Medium-sized businesses are highly satisfied with Bridge's corporate training capabilities. We like to think this is due to our powerful manager enablement features—like the ability to request feedback—which take the pressure off busy L&D teams.

3. Leader - Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)

Bridge LMS isn't a learning experience platform alone—it's an all-in-one LMS that combines learning, development, and performance solutions into one powerful platform. Our badge in the LXP category, however, shows how much users and L&D pros appreciate the platform’s intuitive nature. We understand that today's professionals wear many hats and face numerous demands on their time. That's why we focus on simplifying the learning processes. Our platform is straightforward and efficient, with intuitive mobile accessibility and personalized learning paths. It’s easy to implement, easy to administer, and easy for teams to access and complete their training programs.

4. High Performer (Enterprise) - LXP

Larger enterprises trust Bridge because of our platform's scalable learning solutions, in-depth learning analytics, and automated compliance tracking. These features make it easy for complex organizations to manage training at scale while keeping employees engaged.

5. Best Estimated ROI (Small Business) - LXP

Small businesses need cost-effective solutions that drive real impact. We'd like to think the efficacy of our robust skills-building features contributed to this badge. Organizations using Bridge can leverage skills communities to make peer learning and mentoring a breeze.

6. Leader (Mid-Market) - LXP

Mid-size businesses’ endorsements earned us this badge! Personalized learning journeys and seamless integration with existing HR tools make learning in Bridge straightforward and efficient for busy L&D professionals who are juggling multiple priorities in a mid-sized team.

Small business professionals are equally satisfied with the learner experience. Perhaps it’s Bridge's user-friendly interface or AI-powered skills recommendations that help small but mighty teams keep training on track for all learners.

8. Highest User Adoption (Mid-Market) - Career Management

We’re so pleased that customers rated Bridge highly for career management capabilities—as an all-in-one platform, we’re a single destination for managing career development, for both employees and employers alike. In particular, we like to think our development plans have something to do with it. These intuitive learning journeys make it easy for employees to take the reins of their own careers.
