Mark works with 100’s of organisations to help them implement their people-first L&D strategies by introducing talent and learning strategies that support connection, alignment, and growth plans in the face of hybrid and agile work.
Jeff Fissel
Jeff has spent his career in the video learning space. He led the integration of what was KZO Innovations' video technology (an organization he was a co-founder) into the Instilled LXP which combined forces with Bridge to build a market leading learning and development platform. Jeff has served as an adviser on video to some of the world's top companies and often shares his thought leadership at conferences, web events, and publications with the industry's top outlets. Jeff is currently helping drive product and sales alignment between LTG product and services businesses. He loves talking learning so please reach out anytime.
Ryan Houmand
Ryan’s background is in management primarily in corporate and retail spaces with organziations like ADP and The Home Depot. He’s an expert in employee experience and engagement. He’s the author of “A Passion for Monday” and believes everyone should love Monday just like Friday. In his role at Bridge he spends his days evangelizing the Bridge story and helping Bridge users to love it as much as he does.
Simona Fallavollita
Simona Fallavollita is the Director of Product Management at Bridge. In this role she oversees the development of learning, performance management, and career development software. Simona has spent over a decade working on learning and development solutions, ranging from professional certifications and computer-based testing, to learning experience platforms. Simona is passionate about improving the employee experience in the new age of work, and solving the challenges it presents to organizations everywhere.
Peter Brussard
Balázs Bonda
Balázs has over 10 years of experience in working for multiple IT companies before joining Instructure and Bridge’s product organisation. Before that, Balázs gained a bachelor's degree in HR and a masters degree in Leadership and Management. This all comes together nicely at Bridge where Balázs can find benefit in having knowledge in both domains. At Bridge, Balázs contributes to product and organisation strategy, goal setting and leads by managing product managers and engineering teams.
Chris Coffman
Chris is VP Product for Bridge. Prior to joining Bridge in 2019, Chris led Product Management, Project Management, and UX for Rosetta Stone’s global language-learning business. Chris has over a decade of experience leading and coaching product teams. He began his career in venture capital and consulting, in the Silicon Valley and in Europe. Chris holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Nichole Marconi
Nichole is Vice President of Marketing for Bridge. For more than 20 years, Nichole has led marketing initiatives that propelled revenue growth and brand awareness. Her experience comes from a variety of organizations, vertical industries and company sizes. Prior to her role at Bridge, she built the direct-to-consumer brand for ATD, one of the largest automotive suppliers in North America. Nichole specializes in digital marketing strategies and gets excited about unifying cross-functional teams to create momentum and growth.
Stephanie Kemp
Stephanie brings over 15 year of professional experience in teaching, management, and training to her current role on the Customer Success team at Bridge. As a former school teacher and a training and curriculum coach at Lululemon, Stephanie offers a wealth of experience to the organizations she works with to optimize their training and development programs. She’s a sucker for a classic pair of kicks, digs writing, oh...and doesn’t like coffee. Seriously.
Jeremy Farnsworth
Jeremy Farnsworth is the Interim Head of CX, working directly with the Customer Support, Implementation, and CSM, and Renewals teams. He has spent over nine years in roles involving customer experience for web development and cloud software companies. Jeremy has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Utah Valley University and a passion for education and career development.
Akash Savdharia
Akash is an entrepreneurial technology executive with over 10 years of experience bringing SaaS products to market that solve impactful data-driven problems. Prior to joining Bridge, Akash was the co-founder and CEO of Patheer, an AI-powered talent marketplace to help companies grow and retain employees by empowering them to discover new career paths and opportunities internally. At Patheer, he drove the company's vision, strategy, and products, which revolutionized the enterprise talent and career mobility space. In September 2020, Learning Technologies Group acquired Patheer to bolster its product and technology expertise in this fast growing market. At Bridge, Akash is the Vice President of Talent Solutions, and continues to drive the vision, growth, and strategy for skills and talent mobility.
Sky Land
With 6 years of experience as an Account Executive at Bridge, Sky has developed a deep understanding of the needs and desires of his clients. His approach to customer service is centered around building meaningful relationships and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Simon Waldram
For more than 15 years, Simon has worked at the cutting-edge of emerging technologies, as a Multimedia teacher for 11-19 students and a Director of Technology in the healthcare sector. His extensive experience, combined with a first-class BA and master of Management and Leadership, positions him as a leader within both the commercial and educational sectors. As the Product Manager at Bridge he’s responsible for Gomo Learning and content creation. He’s passionate about delivering value at every interaction and to increase sustainable proven value for both customers and business. This combination of education and commercial experience has enabled Simon to ensure that businesses develop the SaaS tools required to empower customers and provide a framework for success.
