About Bridge

Liam Butler is the CEO of Bridge and brings over 25 years of experience in the Human Capital Management Software industry, including multiple senior leadership and C-level roles. Most recently, he led corporate and investor services at Fosway, Europe’s leading HR industry analyst firm. In this role, he worked closely with corporations seeking analyst insights for their HR ecosystems and provided advisory services to the investment community. Previously, Liam served as Chief Revenue Officer at SumTotal Systems, where he led the company’s global go-to-market strategy and operations. He was responsible for all revenue-generating functions and served as the public face of the business. His leadership ensured alignment across sales, professional services, customer success, pricing, and revenue management. He played a key role in the executive team that facilitated SumTotal’s divestiture from Skillsoft to Cornerstone OnDemand for $200 million. Before SumTotal, Liam was General Manager at NetDimensions, now part of PeopleFluent, a Learning Technologies Group company. He established and led the company’s EMEA business, which became NetDimensions’ largest revenue-generating region globally.

Luke Gentzler is an accomplished sales and revenue leader with extensive experience driving growth in the HR technology and workforce development sectors. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, Luke currently serves as Vice President of Revenue at Bridge, where he leverages his deep industry expertise to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful solutions for clients. Prior to joining Bridge, Luke held leadership roles at SumTotal Systems including Area Vice President of Sales and Sales Director, where he was instrumental in expanding market share and building strategic partnerships over more than a decade.

Nichole is Vice President of Marketing for Bridge. For more than 20 years, Nichole has led marketing initiatives that propelled revenue growth and brand awareness. Her experience comes from a variety of organizations, vertical industries and company sizes. Prior to her role at Bridge, she built the direct-to-consumer brand for ATD, one of the largest automotive suppliers in North America. Nichole specializes in digital marketing strategies and gets excited about unifying cross-functional teams to create momentum and growth.

Stephanie brings over 15 years of professional experience in teaching, management, and training to her role as the Enterprise Accounts Director at Bridge. As a former public school teacher and training coach at lululemon, Stephanie firmly believes that customer education is the foundation for customer success, and she is relentless in her efforts to understand how our products fit into our customers’ daily lives. She also doesn’t like coffee (seriously).

Szabi Harcsik is the VP of Engineering of Bridge, a technology leader with 20 years of experience who brings a critical blend of deep technical and domain expertise with strategic leadership to his role. Szabi graduated with an MSc in Computer Science from the Technical University of Budapest. His thesis was a research project conducted at the Simula Research Laboratory in Norway. He successfully navigated the technical career ladder, starting as a Java Developer and rising to Lead Architect of Visma, one of the largest SaaS software companies in Europe, with a consistent focus on delivering robust, scalable solutions. Since starting at Bridge in 2020, he has rapidly advanced through various leadership roles, including Team Lead and Senior Director, where he has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and creating a scaled, globally distributed Engineering organization to support the company's growth. Szabi believes in data-driven decision-making and fosters an open and collaborative Engineering culture.
